Some of our staff have been with us from the very beginning and others have just begun. They are an international bunch from all over the world, this diverse mix reflects our customer base too.
Our philosophy when hiring staff has always been that you can teach people skills, but you can’t teach attitude.

We will hire people with little experience and train them up to the Woolshed standard as long as they show the great attitude to customer service that we expect.
