The Woolshed is and has always been about family.  Maybe not in the old fashioned sense of the word but in the sense that we are there for our customers and for our staff as a support.

Some of our staff have been with us from the very beginning and others are only just beginning. They are an international bunch from all over the world, and this diverse mix reflects in our customer base too.

Sometimes people just need a place that’s theirs, where they are known by name, (and what their favourite tipple is!), and where they can gather to watch their team. Sport has always been at the heart of what we do, a place to gather and talk the international language of sport, even if half of it is bluffing!

The Woolshed Baa & Grill prides itself on it’s great, friendly, customer service too, it’s why we have so many regular customers and return visits.

Our philosophy when hiring staff has always been that you can teach people skills, but you can’t teach attitude.  We have been so fortunate over the years to have had some amazing people as part of the Woolshed team, people with no experience who we invested in and who paid us back a thousand times over by proving our hiring policy is the right one. People count!

They are a hard working crew with a great team ethic, and they know how to have a party once their shift is over!
